if somone shot your dog, and you saw him do it, he admitted to it, then later he comes back to insult your brother about how he never cared for your dog, you would probally kick him out of your house. Correct?

What happened here was unfortunate, Just like to point out just because the people did it are from PD, doesn't mean everyone on PD is an asshole, and IP blocks are ok to a certain extent, yet If I was to block certain IP's I could block a whole tone of people from the site, say you block a college campus IP for example. My ISP used to have 1 IP for an area, as we went through a proxy server by default for our area, which gave up 20mb speeds (if you were on that package) it proved more reliable than individual IP's yet a pain in the block respect. So they changed it to individual IP, but this just highlights some of the problems caused by blocking IP addresses.
