Walking Disaster Artwork?

did anyone buy the single?
i came across a few interesting, but i have no idea if they are real or not.
the second one seems most likely...

I think the first one is not real. Coz I remember someone said that WD cover is just black and it reads "Sum 41" and "Walking Disaster" obviously.

the first one i've never seen, the 2nd one i've seen on ebay and i question it's authenticity. the 3rd one is the DJ disc, since the disc comes with no album artwork, i created this:
based off of the disc itself.
But as for the OFFICIAL ARTWORK, no official artwork was made.

Well the first one (with the toystore from the WD music video) seems fake but its really great actually and could've been a great artwork.
