My deryck sig

Gunner wanted me to make a video, but right now I don't have the batteries I need for my camera.
So I'll have to do it like this till I can make a video Maybe you guys can help or something.
The sound is horrible. Very just blea.
With the strings it has now:

I;ll go change the strings now.
Guitar: Deryck Whibley signature Squier
Amp: Fender Champion 300 (90 watt)
Strings: Fender nickel plated bullet end strings (old) Fender Nickel Plated strings (new)
I;ve tried two tuners and both say its tuned but obviously its not.
EDIT: New strings same result. says its in tune but still sounds terrible/

Whoa, what chord was that that you played at the end of the first sound test? Was it a power chord?
Also, with the tuner, do you plug the guitar into it?
Is the tuner set at 440Hz?

And dunno this one you just press the on/off button. the other one idk lol.

Dude just learn how to tune it yourself. Tuners are crap. And you also got to check the tuning on all songs when you read tabs. Some might be Standard, Half step down, or drop D, ect. If you don't know how to tune to those I recommend this site:

wow, i just got my deryck sig last week, and it doesn't sound like that. don't know whats wrong with it, i just know mine sounds great
