Signature rules

What are the rules for sigs? i couldnt find them anywhere
so i was wondering theese things:
Are .Gifs(moving images) allowed?
Size limit?
Advertizing websites/presidential campaigns/ufanz links is that allowed?
and one last thing can my sig contain swears?

just as long as it doesn't move so much it gives people seizures, and as long as it's not huge
it can have wahatever you want in it.

actually, you can't have porn or nakedness in it. thats the one rule really.
