anyone have an iphone?

if i bought an unlocked iphone off of ebay and just use my current sim card like i usually do if i change phones, would my bill be the same as it is now, because im not changing contracts or anything. i would still be on the 15/month family plan. im thinking that it costs money to use at&t's internet, but do u still have to pay if u just connect using wifi?
