last day i tried to buy contest winner t-shirt but i couldn't bought it says has nulls i live in Turkey.Turkey hasn't got provinces what can i do help What can i write pfff

I didn't buy it, someone got it from me for Christmas, but since SOME of you still didn't believe me that my friends mom works with cones mom, you will if I show you the shirt; It signed, by cone.
