what do you like about winter, what do you not like?

Like:
snowmobiling
ice fishing (besides the fact i haven't caught anything ice fishing ever in 4 years)
skiing
snowdays
Christmas, and Christmas break

Dislike:
the crunch of snow under my boots as i walk in the piercing cold wind
Christmas songs on the radio
Cheezy christmas specials

LOVES:
- SNOW!
- Pretty fluffy snow falling at night.
- Nighttime snow walks with the boy
- NIGHTTOBOGGANING!!!!!!
- Christmas movies with the family
- Cheeseball (the food, not like, just the cheesiness of the season)
- Getting my picture taken with Santa at the mall
- Making snowmen
- Getting snowed in places
- How awesome and comfy and warm bed feels
- Flannel sheets!
- Flannel pajama pants!
- Christmas!
- Christmas dinner!
- My friends coming home from school 16 hours away!
- Hot chocolate and snugglin' after being out in the cold
- Bright pink long johns!!!!!!!!
- Everyone I went to highschool with going to the local bar on Christmas Eve
- Car doors freezing shut so you get to hipcheck them open

Dislikes:
- When the snow melts and gets muddy and nast
- Me driving in shitty, icey, whiteout conditions
- My loved ones driving in shitty, icey, whiteout conditions
- Getting snowed in places
- Having things I am looking forward to cancelled due to weather
- Winter boots
- The awesome rash I get on my toes every single year from being wet from snow and sweat.
- Car doors freezing shut and never opening again until spring
- Car engines flooding with gas everytime you start them
- CLEANING OFF THE CAR WINDOWS FOR FOURTY MINUTES!!!!
- I almost forgot my biggest dislike: that headache you get in the back two bumps of your head where your spinal cord meets your skull from the cold.


You'd think I put too much time/effort into this...funny thing is, this post took me literally like, 1 minute *lol*

i really hate winter...in general

i hate driving in it and i hate christmas. well its more i just hate getting together with family

im starting to dislike christmas. its great when your young, it doesnt cost you anything, then you get older and have to start buying presents for people you see 3 times a year. im skint now cos of christmas.

Yeah they were here in Winnipeg like last week I think. Anyways, amazing show, The Bled weren't that great imo and neither was Saosin but Alexis and Anti-Flag fuckin' rocked, I couldn't hear anything the next day!

there was a snow storm so i couldnt get to the show, they closed the highway, everyone was pissed, they didnt even cancel the show

man, thats sucks. you would of thought they would of been informed about the highway being closed and knowing a load of the fans wouldnt be able to go, and cancelled the show.

yeah apparantly some people did. but on alexisonfire's myspace theres more "fuck you why didn't you cancel" rather than "last nights show was awesome"
