Dave not included in Singapore concert Oct-2004?!!

I just downloaded the Full concert from the media section (Live in Singapore-HQ) and they keep Dave out of all the video footage.
I never knew about this and I think its disgusting.
Who's idea was that?

Not true, this concert was aired the day before/day of the release of Chuck. I saw it way before Dave left, it always discluded him, for some reason.
