He does, actually.

I couldn't get a good look at him until nearly the end there, but he really does resemble Deryck a lot.

Yeah he does lol but with a pointier nose and bigger ears. Deryck has a pretty flat nose, It looks like he's been punched in the face repeatedley in his childhood or maybe ran face-first into a brick wall a few times, But I think it's cool.

That could have easily been a typo, as it's not really spelled wrong, just with one letter typed twice. Typos don't make a person unintelligent. But it was a nice way to not actually defend yourself from his teasing about emo haha
