i had a trial version of one program
just search for video to audio converter
or video to mp3 converter, or whatever
somethings bound to turn up

on windows movie maker, you can mute the sound of the video, then publish it...

add the video and the song you want to the timeline
then click timeline > audio levels > move the pointer the whole way to the right

or you could just right click the cideo's audio, after hitting the plus sign next to the 'video' button and mute it......

its actually probably the shittiest video editing program there is. final cut pro ftw. but then again i'm using professional software.

best video editing program for PC is probably "Sony Vegas" i like it alot. but if not vegas then adobe premiere. you can torrent them...or your precious limewire if you choose...

i dont use torrents and limewire is a slow fuck
for now i do ok with WMM.

torrents baby...alot of people don't like them, but its because they don't know how to use them. or aren't patient enough.
