[Rq] need help, limewire themes

i want to make a Sum 41 underclass Hero and a Billy Talent II limewire theme. i need to make two animations for the "searching" things. unfortunatley i can do that on my own. so, using these pictures:

for this one i want it to slide own top to bottom completely and then slide down from the top to bottom, over and over again.

this one i want it to start of really small and then get bigger and bigger and repet the cycle again and again.
some specific requirements:
the pics HAVE to be 25x25, or in the case of the sum 41 one, the width has to be 25 pixels. these pic will have to be resized in order to do that, considering their size.
if someone can do that for me, that would be awesome!
