[Poll] Favorite Sum 41 Solo

Post by Hentaiman »

since we got this all favorites pollls, i figures we're missing a solo poll.

My Favorite sum 41 solo is definitely The Bitter End.
I mean, the solo is so amazing. Dave does a great job. it's the sums most complex and technically impressive solo and i respect it for that and i love it anyway. very good.

Not sure. Maybe In Too Deep, but it needs to be longer.

Bitter End obvs.

And before that it was the really cheesy one in hooch.

The only solos i can play on guitar so far are machine gun and Handle this, i'd love to be able to do the bitter end one day though.

the bitter end is great, but Reign in Pain and WWVII have really good solos too.

I'm trying to learn playing the Hell Song's solo now and the Bitter End opening sounds easy enough but it's not worth it without the rest.
and sumfan, it's not tapping but it's still fast and crazy.

now when i think about it, i also love Underclass Hero's outro part (really cant call it solo, its too short) but its the best thing about this song.

I like how Dave always improvised and added some just random cool stuff in No Brains when they played it live. it was awesome!!!
Tom doesn't do that, but actually, they haven't played No Brains for a long long time :? :(

Yeah, I think they haven't played No Brains live this year. It's the best song live imo. :(

definitely! and i never saw it in anyone's setlist here, and i can't find any performance of No Brains 2007, so yeah, they haven't played it this year yet, which sucks.
Anyway, i'm sure Tom wont try to improsive cool random stuff in the solo cuz he would want to stay with the basic since he's not an official member in the band, plus, if he will, even really good, even better than Dave, lots of angry fans will complain he ruined the song... which sucks for him to try new stuff and so...
