well, there is a similarity but it's definitely doesn't sound the same.
I mean, the way the riff goes, kinda jumpy, is kinda in the same pace/rhythm of Underclass Hero, no doubt, but the notes are different which makes it sound different although the style of the riff and the rhythm is very similar.

i would not call that a ripoff. so many songs have that same chord progression like that.
