what concert do you think and better billy talent or sum 41 i was at a billy talent concert lat night and it wa awesome and i was at a sum 41 concert in 2005 and i didnt find it as good

Billy Talent is awesome and a bit more spontaneous live.

Their show here was hilarious, because I live in Ottawa, and they're from Toronto. So they like the Leafs and Leafs fans hate the Ottawa Senators and Sens fans hate the Leafs.

And Ottawa and Toronto just happened to be playing that night.

Ben was like, "So the Ottawa Senators and the Toronto Maple Leafs are tied going into overtime. That's why we're late, we were watching it. And we're all Leafs fans up here so..."
The whole crowd booed, then he said "Just kidding" and we cheered... and then he said "No I'm not." And the booing started again. And then he went on about how the Sens are a really good team and are actually better than the Leafs and everything... I swear, the speeches that Ben comes up with off the top of his head are 100 times better than Deryck's rehearsed ones.

But then later, after they had moved on, Ben got a sign from someone offstage and it said "LEAFS WIN 2-1" and everyone booed again and he just started laughing his ass off.

But Sum 41 is still very good live.

i haven't seen billy talent live so there for i don't know. but the sums show kicked ass. i saw them in 2003

i've seen both live. both in small clubs. i cant say about a huge show. but it was definitely an experience at both shows. i was front row both shows. ben definitely went way more nuts live and it was fuckin RAD. and he like jumped on the crowd and crowd surfed and stuff. so BT is way more into it. sum 41 however, just has music i like more. i voted sum41 but as i'm writing this i'm starting to lean towards billy talent. oh, and i got the set lists for both shows.

billy talent have some raw energy, and ben's screams sound sooo good live, which is difficult as 90% of screaming bands dont pull it off well live
sum 41 are also good live, and they get some interaction with the crowd alot, but its more "i wanna finish the set and throw in som speeches in between" whereas you feel more in control and fun at BT concerts

soooo billy talent live, but sum 41 kicks BT's ass for the actual music

Sum 41 all the way, Billy Talent doesn't the flaire a Sum 41 gig has.

When they actually ever come to perth i will then be able to vote......So far, seeing vids of both bands i will vote Sum 41.
