AVA @ Reading Festival 2007

for everyone who was there waiting for them to come on and create the most amazing and surreal atmosphere like i was will have also been disappointed
but not on AVA's part....
the tough english crowd just aren't appreciating enough to like this new step in tom's career, hence they were heavily bottled.
tom didn't react greatly to this, which kind of spurred the crowd on more to throw bottles.
at one point he made fun of our "lovely" british weather and hoped we'd go back to our filthy tents and get rained on for the rest of the weekend.
i was disappointed because anyone with logic knows that insulting a crowd isn't going to make them stop throwing bottles
they played an average set, finishing with The War which really kicked ass, but bottles kept hitting the drum set which sucked and tom had to dodge a few bottles throughout.
oh well... theres always next year...
