best way to record from guitar pro?

basically, ive made a few songs of my own on guitar pro and im wondering how can i convert them into good quality mp3's (or wav, wma etc).
ive tried recording them with my computer mic, but its shit quality...
any advice?

I use a line-in line out, aand then use a wave editor to record it,

yeah you can export it to a wav or midi, but on my comp it says my sound card is not campatable, even though i think it is. just vista is gay.

You can do that, or record it. One the recording part of the volume controls enable the stereo mix.
