I got a phone call about 2 hours ago from my relatives in Korea... My granduncle just passed away a few hours ago...

He was involved in a car crash [which I had no idea about] about a week ago. He was taking his grandsons to school in his car. Some asshole decided that he'd crash his car and he basically got away with it. My granduncle got a little hurt but survived the impact, th kids were completely ok [got a little phobia to get on cars now]. The week passed and apparently my granduncle died... He suffered from an aftershock of the crash...

I only ever met him once, last year... and he was the raddest guy alive. I really liked him, he understood my purposes, my mistakes, my goals, my jokes... He was so energetic really energetic despite the fact he was in his 60's... He was strong and healthy... I could even say stronger than a lot of teenagers...

Damn, this sucks... but... being a Christian... I believe I have to let go. God took him and there's noting I can do about it... But... its hurts...

To those wondering... he is, or was, my mom's uncle.... and sadly... We can't afford a trip to Korea to go to his funeral...

he sounds like a really great guy, i wish some of my family were as cool as that, but they are real idiots some of them lol
stay strong dude. and attending the funeral with small prayers never amounts to a deeper gratitude but not attending the funeral, remeber that.

ah man i feel for you, i had that connection with my grandfather, he passed away a few years ago though. i know we've never spoken but like if you like wanted to talk i'm here for you :) and stay strong man

Sorry Zam, a relative of mine died too a month or two ago, she was beside me my whole life, still can't belive that she's gone. i'd like to say that be strong, but with deaths, it's really hard to do that.

I'll try.... that's all I can do right now...
