no. this was on The Ongoing History of music, and the guy who does the show said that it was a coincidence (its 2 notes).
Besides, this song is actually a lot older than still waiting

that riff is just repeating the same 2 or 3 notes, and it isnt really enough to be called plagerism.

it really sounded like still waiting, but if it's an older song, then it's highly unlikely that they copied still waiting :D
