i hate introductions because i never know what to say.

my name is valerie, and i live in queens, new york city. i'm currently 17 and in two weeks will be starting college for advertising/marketing. im very artsy fartsy. and very involved with the local music scene out here, basically anything from long island, new york city, and new jersey im into. (you should check out my friends band.. Patent Pending ;D) i go to a lot of concerts and take lots of pictures but don't consider myself a photographer. im in manhattan so much it doesnt phase me anymore.

i've been a fan of sum41 since 2000/2001... a few months before all killer no filler came out. i had the pleasure of meeting them in October 2002 in front of CBGBs, August 2005 on their tour with Motely Crue and also on July 19 2007 when they did an interview at Fuse. I've seen them preform three times, and will be seeing them on September 20th in New Jersey.

anything else you want to know? just ask i suppose.
i'm really looking forward to making new friends who love sum41 as much as i do.

&thank you ken for telling me about this site when we met at fuse<3

its fun because there is ALWAYS something going on and something to do. living here def has helped me with my stalking endeavors haha what can i say i love meeting celebrities!? but at the same time it loses its amazement fast. like the empire state building, i see it every single day. so sometimes i have to remind myself how lucky am i to live here.

also its fun to bother tourists
on tuesday i was in a burger king after seeing Rent and there were a bunch of euros who had just arrived and we were like "of all the places you could go why here!? ITS SO DIRTY HAVE YOU SEEN THE STREETS!?!?" heh

canadian falls > american falls
for sure.
my cousins live in scarborough (i hope i spelt it right), so thats why i was up there a few years ago (THE YEAR THE POPE CAME AND ALL THOSE CRAZY PILGRIMS WERE THERE! AHHHHHHH) being tourist-tastic

yepp i did. i wandered around downtown toronto one night trying to check out the amazing much music (seriously why does american music channels pretty much suck?) and i distinctly remember a bunch of italian pilgrims RUNNING DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. how'd i know they were italian? they were running and holding the italian flag. im surprised they didnt get hit by the cars lmao

oh if you hate italians then niagara falls is the worst place to go, when they won the world cup it was NUTS. but yeah, much music is pretty good, and then theres the CN tower...i guess thats...cool...
