Trouble Uploading Avatars

Is anyone having trouble uploading an avatar either from their computer or from a website URL? I tried changing mine today and it kept having problems. The only thing that worked was choosing one from the gallery.

I can't upload an image to use. I grabbed one from the gallery because I need to rep the Sum 41 life again.

I don't know how to fix it or if it works, but I've kept mine the same for probably about a year now!
