It would be the record labels decision, and since they've split I assume they can't be fucked talking to the band at all any more.

Nic is a lucky dude! I hope I can at least meet them again next year. They seem like the kinda dudes I'd want to hang out with hahah.
everyone knows that it is a common courtesy to ask the band for approval before attempting to license their album from the label.

Does anyone have photos of the merch the Sums are selling? I know Operation MD's album will be available.

EDIT: Usually check the posts above, but didn't see someone else asked. Ah, well.

Can anyone tell me how Thanks For Nothing sounds? I'm hoping Stevo finally stepped up to do his co-vocals part, or at least Tom.

In the update I thought I caught a glimpse of an official DTLI 10 year anniversary tour shirt.
At 1:58, Stevo's trying to rip the sleeves off it. :devious:

That's what made me think of what they're actually selling! 'Cause if that is a tour shirt, I must get it!

Went to the show in Toronto as well. Holy shit was it awesome! Didn't know it was possible to make "We Will Rock You" an actual good song. Went to the show with Hentaiman. Thanks to Tomi for trying to get me and Phil to meet the guys. I left before we got the chance to try, so I'm not sure if he had the chance to meet them.

JUST WHAT? How the hell there can be someone who doesn't like the original and consider it a great song? :S

I also was at the Toronto show. I arrived at 1pm, I was like 6th in line and was able to be the first in the venue when the doors opened. The place was so much packed by 10pm I couldn't even jump.

When Deryck chose me to go on stage, my heart probably stopped for a second. Got to high-five Cone and Hug Deryck on stage haha. At one point, a girl on stage next to me fainted and I catched her up so she wouldn't fall down on Cone. She had been in line like me for 7-8 hours and probably was dehydrated. It was sooo hot in there.

I didn't see Dave but yea they were suppose to play What We're All About since it was written on the setlist.

Next, Montreal show Tomorrow. Can't wait. I hope I can get a chance to talk with the band.

Didn't see Dave at the show, but then again the show was packed to shit, so he could've been somewhere in the venue. Phil got to meet them!

Everyone's stories sound awesome!
I'm not going to make the Montreal date like I thought I would, but I just purchased my tickets for the Allentown, Pa, show. I will definitely be there!
Anyone know when I should show up if I want to be like 1st inside the venue? The concert starts at 7. I've never been to a Sum 41 show so I don't know how crazy it gets.

What do you want to do? Mosh or get a good spot to watch the show? If you want to mosh, it doesn't matter when you get in, but if you want a good spot, show up early.

I don't think it's shitty on SRC's part. I think it's awesome for SRC to even be pressing this. I could care less about what the band has to say about it, I just want more vinyl!
And I know I said I needed space,

but I know I can't be comfortable in my own skin.

So when I say I'm scared to be alone, you know I mean it,

I'm just not ready to leave my room.
