Yeah well, I don't really feel like paying for digital tracks, if I'm going to buy the physical album. Unless there's no physical album available.
exactly, I don't want to buy the songs if I'm going to end up buying the physical album.

Have to say, that video came out rather quickly! (Some of it was filmed where I live.) If only the Sums could release one as quick as it! haha. Also, the director is the director of BIME!

EDIT: Video's been taken down.

What the fuck?! Billy Talent is having 4 shows in Finland?!
And I'm not able to go to any of them. :sosad:

Why can't Sum 41 do the same?

There is rumours they're gonna open for blink in Australia next year, which means I'll see them 4 or 5 times haha.

I asked the promoter if they could have their few extra non-festival shows with Sum 41 and he said that's too many Canadians in one building :(

Damn, it would be great to see them. Unfortunately there's no one I could go with and don't like the idea of going alone.

Dead Silence previews from Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Dead-Silence-Expl ... 0094JX07I/

Looks like it's going to be a long album! All the songs are around 4-5 minutes, that's crazy ! And looks like there's a short intro track.. still, 13 tracks. Nice! Can't wait for this album

Those previews sound pretty damn good!

The songs that really stood out were:
-Man Alive!
-Cure For The Enemy
-Swallowed Up By The Ocean
-Dead Silence

Definitely can't wait to hear it!

I'm actually a big fan of BT but I was quite disappointed with this album, they promised an angry and heavy album like the first.. and it's mostly mellow and slow, but there are some really good songs. Anyway, like every of their albums.. it has a unique sound and doesn't sound like anything they've done before, so I guess that's good, I'll give it a few more listens, cuz it's a really weird album and I guess it has to grow on me.

What can I say besides is that "Show Me the Way" reminds me a lot of "Just Like Heaven" by The Cure, and the riff in "Hanging by a Thread" sounds like their own song "Tears Into Wine" from their previous album.

I'm not saying I'm disappointed, yet. I guess these songs will sound better after a few listens, but so far no song stands out for me. The two singles and Having By A Thread are quite catchy, but that's it so far for me.

Man Alive is such a good track, every time the chorus comes in I get a smile on my face.

I'm not one for circle moshing, but it's gonna happen when I hear that song live haha.
