eBay - Shipping help

Not sure if I've posted this in the right section, so feel free to move it. Anyway, here goes!
I live in Sweden and every now and then I'm onto eBay looking to buy stuff. However, lots of auctions I want to bid for only ship to the US, and often when I ask if they can consider shipping worldwide they simply just say "the auction says US shipping only blah blah blah". So I often draw myself from bidding on auctions that says US shipping only, although I want to win the auction badly.
So, my question to all you americans on here is very simple; should I win an auction that says US shipping only, is there any kind soul on here that would help me get it shipped to Sweden? Help would be much, much appreciated!
