I want to make animated pics. Do you know what software that good on this? And how do you cut videos? What program do you use? :?

You can use Ulead GIF animator to make animated GIFs heres the link:

And for video editing, just use Windows Movie Maker (if you have windows)

Ya I have Windows movie maker, but I don't know how to use it, I've tried few times and failed. I'm gonna try again now. Anyway it means that you should have the video doesn't it? Thanks.

Ya. Its fine. You can still make the exact same things you would with the real version. Only you have a time limit. 30 days I think? any way, just download the trial. I did. Right now im making a really awsome one.
Actually, you can do this on ulead GIF animator two, (its one of its features), make a video, then the GIF pregram will to it into a GIF.
