SBM vs Chuck

so, it's been quite a time since Sum 41's new album called Screaming Bloody Murder has gotten out for us to hear, before it happened so, all we could hear from the band was that the album will be aggressive, dark and fast, but still different than anything else they've ever done, they also said that all the fans of Chuck will like their new album
so, they were right, I like it, but not more than Chuck, mostly because SBM may be dark, but not half as fast or aggressive as Chuck ...so in my opinion Sum 41 has managed to make a good album, but it's not that fast nor aggressive ...(BUT, if we compare it to the new albums of Sum 41's ''rivals'' like Good Charlotte or Simple Plan, than we can call SBM fucking perfect, but only in comparison with the two bands mentioned above)
anyway, you don't have to read that shit, just vote if you like SBM or Chuck more...

I'd have to say i like SBM a bit more. i like the unpredictability of the songs and they are more sophisticated. Chuck however will always be one of my favourite albums because it introduced me to sum 41. also, SBM has more/longer songs. more music= longer listen

I think Chuck, still.
I expected SO much from SBM that the album kind of let me down a bit. And Chuck remains to be the most amazing album they'ver ever done.
Though I a not saying SBM is bad, I just expected that I'd like it much more.

SBM is just new that makes it more special.
Otherwise Chuck would be the 1st choice

I've never really been a die hard Chuck fan even though I do love the album. So I'm saying SBM. For me Chuck can be at times too heavy and well not melodic enough. Screaming Bloody Murder is also a kinda darker album but at the same time somewhat light too. And well I'm the kind of person who'd always choose Britney Spears over Metallica when it comes to the kind of music I'd rather listen to (not saying anything about quality or what ever musical things, that's just my view.)

Chuck, definatly, it has an edge that i don't feel in SBM. Along with it being both faster and heavier.

Before SBM Chuck was always my favorite album. And it's hard to choose, but I choose SBM but it's close.

oh the things you do to my heart Shelley.
I just realized two things 1.) SBM has WAY more plays than Chuck. WAY more and 2.) My friend who fell in love with SBM, I need to get him to hear Chuck.

I prefer Screaming Bloody Murder ! My all time favorite album was Does this look infected ? but i think SBM is my fav album now, it's my style of music, i really enjoy listening to SBM, it's EPIC !
Chuck has some of my favorite songs but SBM is a level above !!
That's only my opinion...

Chuck is the Sums masterpiece; SBM is good and i'm happy with it but Chuck for me is one of the best albums of the past decade.
