I apologize for my lack of posts here lately, tumblr has taken over my life. but here's whats new.
its mid April.

Sucky. It's going to be +7 and higher for me this week. Up to +13 by Monday! However, I know your pain all too well. Canadian weather is so annoying!

these are some pictures that my parents sent me from the lake where we have a cottage in the Qu'Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan.
i wish i had a picture of regular water levels to compare them to. but think of it this way, those houses in the first two pictures aren't supposed to be surrounded by water, that's normally dry ground/road. also, if you look at the last picture where the ice starts, and take it down about 6 or 7 feet (2-3 meters) thats normally where the water is highest.
and these pictures were taken saturday, and apparently the water keeps rising and will keep rising until all the snow/ice is finally melted.
