Portal 2

I completed it a few hours ago and it's a beautiful game, if you enjoyed the first then you'll love this one.

Definitely go and buy it. Not much more to say.

Just got it earlier. I was addicted to the first to the extent that I can complete it in barely over 30 mins, and this one is simply stunning. The tests are much harder, the gameplay is more refined, the characters are much funnier and more developed, and the plot is amazing. Even if you didn't play the first, BUY IT! You will not regret it. It's average review score so far is roughly 95/96% putting it on par with both half life games.

Well I completed it earlier and I have to say it is one of the best (if not very best) games I have ever played. The ending is SPECTACULAR and everything about it kicks ass. Id like to see a CoD gambit play this without getting a brain tumor!

Portal 1 follows you as you wake up in a testing facility, and you are promised cake if you make it through the facility. But the antagonist wants to kill you, so each level is basically a puzzle of sorts as you just try to survive.

Portal 2 takes place years later, same antagonist.

But a much deeper plot. There is also a different antagonist, but I really can't explain the plot without giving much away. If you have Steam, download the Portal demo.

Just finished and wow, it was awesome. It really deserves to be praised by critics. I don't wanna sound like jerk but little minus was that it was a bit too easy. Didn't have to watch any youtube walkthroughs at all, dammit.

Let me start off by saying yeah, AMAZING game, I loved the first one and this was even better. I thought some parts were challenging. A few times I got really stuck and was about to check YouTube, but I persisted and made it.

The co-op is just as awesome. It's incredible to think how much design was put into the game with 2 players having control over their own portals.

In Half-Life 3, when it eventually comes out, you have to find some vessel made by the aperture science which is the place you're in in Portal, I have a sneaking suspicion you're going to get to use the portal gun in half life 3...

Also I haven't played this yet, but the games show I watch here in aussie gave it their first 10/10 from both hosts in aaaages. So I'll definitely be playing it at some point.

I don't really like thinking while playing games. I'm playing games because I wanna just relax.. That's why I'll never be some hardcore player. But yeah, I got Portal 1 and I liked it so maybe I'll give it a shot. It would be great if I had someone to play coop with me, that looks badass.

Portal 2 is without a doubt the funniest game I have ever played. The only complaint about it is it's not Portal 1.
