what happened to the deluxe edition with the dvd?

Its out in Japan, we are waitin for the american edition though

Yeah exactly, a lot of people has gone into a big misunderstanding that the AoA is the Making Of, but it's certainly not...

im doubting that we're gonna get a "making of". and if we do, it's gonna be all the random studio updates pieced together. but i hope im wrong.

You're probably right. I'm not getting excited for a making of because, judging from 99% of their studio updates, they don't know how to make one. Either that or they just got lazy with the updates.

Making of SBM was professionally filmed and edited. It's gonna be like UH one. It has nothing to do with Matt's studio updates.

Making of SBM was professionally filmed and edited. It's gonna be like UH one. It has nothing to do with Matt's studio updates.

Yeah guys, we're going to get the making of forsure. I think it was Matt who said it's completed and the last thing we heard about it was that the band was watching it to give their permission on it before they send them out.

i just find it really fucked up that the album was completed sometime in late summer, and we have yet to hear any sort of "official" announcement that there's going to be a deluxe edition. it's just that i find it stupid that they're gonna have to re-released this album instead of having it all come out at one time.

it's really the label's fault. i know that we're gonna get a "making of", but its disgusting how the label treats sum 41. and YES i know, that editing takes a long time, but look at the Foo Fighters, how many thing did they have going on at the same time? a background documentary + making of, making an album, 2 videos, 2 live streaming concerts etc... all for/before the actual album release!

anyways, im rambling. long story short: fuck island records.

Well, I read news people post on this site. So it's not really about me being right or wrong, it's a fact. And if my memory serves me right, it's 45 minutes long. UH was 30min. I think it's going to be amazing vid. But yeah, like 2712 said, I don't understand how it took so long to edit..

Maybe you should check out making of UH before crying about making of SBM...? Just sayin'...

If I remember well, there were some vids on youtube that will be in the making of, and I think it's gonna be amazing, I really liked the UH one !
