I love the album!! It's sum's best work

. But for some reason- It feels like SBM is gonna be sum 41's last album. Idk why, but "Exit Song" just felt like sum 41's goodbye..It just feels like its going to be their final album

..Does anyone else feel the same?

To me, Screaming Bloody Murder tells a story. Exit Song ties up lose ends, it's a conclusion to the story. It's accepting and moving on.
It's not a "we're done fans, goodbye" song.
At least, it had better not be. The guys are barely 30 years old. They have decades of music left.
The best is yet to come from Sum 41.

Deryck would respond to this question with something like...
"Even crucifying me wouldn't stop me from making music in my mind"

I kinda wouldn't be surprised, they have a massive discography and this would end them on a good note. But as has been said they're really young and they can still make good music, and I doubt they'll stop. A band that tours as much as they did couldn't just stop that until they're too old to do it any more.

I feel Sum 41s' next album will be their all time best.
If they broke up, I wouldn't be too sad. I'd be sad because something that has been in my life for so long is gone but that's the only reason. I'm not as big a Sum 41 fan as I used to be. While SBM re-ignited the flame, I'm pretty sure i'll be bored with the album in a few months. I'd be interested to see what the guys came up with off doing their own thing, although I'm sure none of them would do much besides Deryck... Cone would keep doing OpMd who I find absolutely atrocious. Steve would probably drum on tour for some bands and direct a few things.

I don't ever see them 'breaking up' .. They'll just eventually stop making music. But this discussion isn't really necessary cause I don't see them slowing down annnyyyytime soon
