Okay, this might be a dumb question, but I've never understood how this site works.

Are all products sold by individual people, or does the Amazon itself sell some stuff too?
If so, how do I know which products are sold by the site and which one by individual sellers?

The reason I'm asking, I was thinking of buying some missing products for my Sum 41 collection. But there are many prices for the same products in Amazon, so I'm not sure which one to choose.

I believe amazon sells some stuffs too. Basically, I often choose items sold by amazon, if they aren't available on amazon itself, I choose the lowest price and the best shop based on users satisfaction. It's a great website, I use it a lot !

I mostly only buy from Amazon itself. you can find some good deals from other dealers as well though. it's kind of like ebay, where people set up their own stores on ebay to sell stuff.

So I ordered the DTLI Deluxe version with the DVD. Guess what I recieved?

Huge disappointment. I thought Amazon was a good choice. Waste of money.

did you receive just a normal version of DTLI ? :P

Yeah I suppose you received just a normal version... Who was the seller ? Amazon itself or an independent one?

Amazon itself. That's why I had high hopes. Bummer.

I've had that happen before, off an independant seller though. bought a Paramore single which was advertised as a 7" vinyl, and a fuckin CD turned up.

I emailed by the Independant seller and asked for a refund. The item came from America so I told them I wasn't going to send the item back unless they paid for it. In the end they gave me a full refund without having to send the item back. it was only worth like £3 anyway.

Personnaly I never had really bad experiences but when I bought the sums discography some Cds had already been used though they were advertised as "new"
You should send them a mail, if they are nice maybe they'll change it !

I've never had any problems with Amazon direct. they'll be contact information somewhere on the site though so you can ring or email them. if they've advertised the product wrong or even sent you the rong item then it's their fault and they should offer you the refund if that's what you want.

I bought my DTLI deluxe edition from Anttila ^^

But then again sum 41 tweeted about Tomi so I lost.

I sent them a message, and surprisingly they answered within an hour, saying they can't replace the item, so they'll give me the refund without needing the original item sended back to them. So quite cool I guess.

Like 2 years ago from Jyväskylä. There was like 30 copies of them.
