White Wives

White Wives is a side-project band formed by the two Chris' from Anti-Flag and members(?) of Dandelion Snow. you can preview their whole EP and even download it for free, or "pay what you want" HERE:

the sound is a kind of laid-back, alternative/indie type thing. not sure how to describe it.

Cool, I love Anti-Flag so I'll definitely check this out! Never heard of it though, when did they manage to do it? Now when I'm thinking about, I heard nothing about Anti-Flag ever since they released their last album in 2009.. so they kinda disappeared as well.

ya they've been off tour for a while i think, not sure whats going on in their world. the people and the gun was released in 2009, and i thought i read somewhere that they were gonna try and put out a new album in 2010? guess that never happened, and i also think i read that Justin Sane was going to put out another solo album? i could be totally charlie-sheen-delusional.
i think the best tracks from this EP is Another City for a New Weekend and Spinning Wheels.

Here's a weird thing. I just wrote this yesterday about not hearing about Anti-Flag ever since 2009.. and then I saw on Facebook that they wrote on their Facebook page that they are playing two North American shows on May 19 and 20, so no big news here.. but maybe they're gonna be back touring around that time, after the White Wives tour in April.
Hope for an Anti-Flag album before the end of 2011, they're known to do shit really fast so I bet they could pull it off.
