Ultimate SBM pre-order package

I've had this idea for a while and only now just decided to post it, so what I want to know is: What would be your ideal pre order package for Screaming Bloody Murder? It can include anything you like, posters, t-shirt or any signed merchandise. Also what would you be willing to pay for this package?

I've seen a few now with autographs. I'm not too sure which to get here's what I've seen since. Anyone have any suggestions?

Being serious, I would like a 3-disk edition of the album with the main tracks, then a compilation of live/bonus/b/c-sides, then a making of DVD. All that in a Slipcase with a T-shirt and aves.
All signed, of course. I'd pay a lot for that.

CD, Making of DVD, B sides, Vinyl copy of the album, T shirt. Big poster/signed card. Other ideas maybe having something to do with with that Resident Skumfuk thing that never happened. Detailed interview of the story and ideas behind the album, if Deryck has any clue about his ideas for it and where they came from. A bit of extra and different merch we haven't seen before. That would be like a super, super deluxe edition. I'd pay everything. Something like £100 or something. Oh and tabs lol
