Depends what you want to listen to, something acoustic or just less heavy punk/rock or metal bands.

Elvis Costello, old but damn cool. And the Sums love him. Erm, The Beatles, another oldie haha. Kind of shows what music I listen to. Billy Joel? Jack Johnson? Dylan? Bowling for Soup? Bruce Springsteen? Coldplay? The Eagles? Jet? The Killers? Leonard Cohen? Scott Matthews? Maroon 5? Noah and the Whale? Newton Faulkner? Pink Floyd? Genesis? Phil Collins? Queen? Red Hot Chili Peppers? Red Jumpsuit Apparatus? Daughtry? Rolling Stones? Scorpions? Smashing Pumpkins? Smokey Robinson? Stephen Lynch? U2?

Yes, I just went through my iTunes putting all the artists that aren't heavy or aggressive here for you. Probably gave too many but hey, investigate. :glad:

Off the top of my head.....Beatles, Stones, KT Tunstall, She & Him, Butch Walker. I'd actually recommend She & Him the most for mellow music, but still upbeat, unlike the Stones

EDIT, saw someone put John Denver, that guy is the bomb
