I'm not really waiting for anything else than SBM.
Okay, maybe GD's live DVD, but that's about it.

The Ataris' new album would be cool, but since they haven't even finished writing (they started to work with it in 2008), I'm not exactly waiting for it.

Don't get me wrong, I listen to lots of bands. But I'm a fan of only few bands, the rest I just enjoy listening, not caring when or if there's going to be new material.

Hopefully they will but i doubt Streetlight Manifesto will release anything within the next few months(if i'm mistaken then correct me)

Of course im overly excited for Sum 41's new album but i'm also really excited for Yellow Card, its been a while for them and their last album was great so im wondering where they will take it now.

I'm not really excited for the Blink-182 album, i just have a bad feeling its going to suck

The only albums I'm really excited for are the ones from: Sum 41, Rise against and Yellowcard.

And I'm curious for Blink 182's new album, but far from excited.

I'm most excited about Sum 41 and Rise Against's albums, but I'm also looking forward to albums from The Offspring, Blink-182, Trust Company, and also possible albums by Green Day and Billy Talent.

Sum 41, Blink182, The Offspring, after that, I might check the new Avril's record (just curiosity, nothing else !), as well as the new SP album. I don't think Green Day will release an album though!

Besides Sum 41, there really isn't any more bands I know of that I'll know the release date of their albums since the Sums are the only band I keep up to date on on a daily basis. Everything else just comes my way. That being said, I'm most looking forward to Screaming Bloody Murder. I'm also interested in hearing the new Rise Against, The Subways and Blink-182.

I checked Wikipedia and here are some other bands' albums that I'll probably listen to:

Iron & Wine
Avril Lavigne
Death Cab for Cutie
Foo Fighters
Paramore

And of course, Kidz Bop 19. So far, it looks like a dry year for music for me...

2012 List
Spoiler: show
Some of these did not make the 2012 release date, and were saved for my 2013 list

What does each color mean?
Color: This means that I like the album, so I kept it
Color: Unsure how I feel about it. It might end up in this Color or this Color.
Color: Something is wrong with the album, so I didn't bother getting the album or I deleted it.
Color: Means that the band didn't release an album, and hopefully they will in a later date (Which will be carried over to my 2013 list)
Color: The album may or may not be delayed/cancelled

1) Allister - October 3rd, 2012 (Meh, I'll keep it)
2) American Hi-Fi - January 22, 2013 (Not sure if the date is correct, but it will work for now)
3) Angels and Airwaves - December 18, 2012 (I might as well mark this for the EP)
4) Authority Zero - TBA
5) Autopilot Off - TBA
(Some studio updates now =D)
6) blink-182 - December 18, 2012 (I love this band) (7) blink-182 - TBA (Ready for the new album too)
8) Bloodhound Gang - TBA
9) Broadway Calls - February 5th, 2013

10) Eve 6 - April, 24, 2012
(Iffy at first, but it grew on me)
11) Everclear - June, 26, 2012 (I really need to give this album more time to see how I feel about it)
12) Fenix Tx - TBA (Finally released three songs, I am optimistic now)
13) Foo Fighters - TBA (Hiatus =/)
14) Gob - TBA (When Tom finally decides to sit down and record)
15) Goldfinger - TBA (EP or LP)
16) Green Day - 09/25/2012 (Uno was good), (17) Green Day - 11/13/2012 (Dos was meh), and (18) Green Day - 01/15/2013 (Tre was great)
19) Less Than Jake - October 15, 2012 (Still wish it was more than two new songs)
20) Lit - June, 19, 2012 (It was alright)
21) Mest - TBA (I have no clue what's going on with this band/album)
22) Mustard Plug - TBA
23) MxPx - April, 3, 2012 (Even though the album isn't that special and sounds like everything before... It's a keeper)
24) NOFX - September 11, 2012 (Like I said with MxPx. It wasn't anything special or amazing, but it was a keeper)
25) Oleander - TBA (If all goes well)
26) Pennywise - May, 1, 2012 (Sorry to see this one fail... Oh well, there's always The Black Pacific)
27) Puddle of Mudd - TBA (If all goes well)
28) Pulley - TBA (The ep was good, hope all goes well =))
29) Slick Shoes - TBA (An ep is better than nothing =))
30) Smash Mouth - September, 04, 2012 (Meh =/)
31) Spunge - TBA
32) Stroke 9 - TBA (Not sure if their album will release this year, but it should be good =))
33) Strung Out - TBA
34) Sum 41 - TBA

35) Teenage Bottlerocket - July, 3, 2012 (Turns out that they are releasing an album)
36) Tenacious D - May, 15, 2012 (It was good)
37) The Ataris - TBA (This is the last year that I will be putting this band on a waitlist... Seriously, these constant delays are a joke)
38) The Black Pacific - TBA (I hope Jim being back with Pennywise doesn't cancel this project)
39) The Loved Ones - TBA (American Punk Band) If all goes well
40) The Offspring - June, 26, 12 (I loved it)
41) Zebrahead - TBA

2012 Total (So far)

02/41
22/41
02/41
)
2011 List
Spoiler: show
Some of these did not make the 2011 release date, and were saved for my 2012 list

What does each color mean?
I like the album, so I kept it
Something is wrong with the album, so I didn't bother getting it or I deleted it.
Turns out the band didn't release an album, hopefully they will in 2010 (Ended up carrying over to my 2012 list)

1) AvA - 11/11/11 (Same old, same old. I didn't get my hopes up, so it wasn't that bad... Not something that I will listen to much because it is very recycled, but with less rock and more electronic =/)
2) blink-182 - 09/27/11 (Can blink do no wrong? =D)
3) Bloodhound Gang - Fall/Winter
4) Bowling For Soup - 04/25/11(I have changed my mind, deciding it was an okay abulm and worth keeping. Not the best album by them, but it isn't the worst that they ever did... Hoping that their next album is darker/heavier/better)
5) Eve 6
6) Everclear - 09/27/11
(The cover album was terrible... Nothing but remake of songs already released and the singer was lazy this time using all autotune. I hope the new album released in 2012 will be better than this)
7) Fenix Tx (Not sure if they are releasing anything soon, but they said they would)
8) Foo Fighters - 04/12/11 (Good Album, Great Band)
9) Frenzal Rhomb - 08/19/11 (Good Album)
10) Gob (When Tom stops touring with Sum 41 =/ (Hopefully it won't take them long))
11) Goldfinger (EP or LP)
12) Guttermouth - 08/20/11 (Turns out that it was a split, but it was still great)
13) Lit (if all goes well =))
14) MxPx
15) NOFX - 08/02/11
(Not really feeling the cover songs =/)
16) Pennywise
17) Puddle of Mudd - 08/30/11
(I enjoyed the covers that they did)
18) Pulley - 06/28/11 (Bummed that it was a 7", but that didn't stop it from being good =D)
19) Screeching Weasel - 03/15/11 (Album was good, but I see no reason in getting it because the lack of Jughead taints it)
20) Sum 41 - 03/25/11 (Album was good)
21) Tenacious D
22) The Ataris
(If it ever comes out T_T)
23) The Black Pacific (Surprised these guys are releasing another album so soon =D)
24) The Living End - 07/22/11 (Can't get into this album)
25) The Loved Ones (American Punk Band)
26) The Offspring (Stupid touring causing delays =/)
27) Unwritten Law - 03/29/11 (Album was good)
28) Zebrahead - 07/29/11 (Had a few poppy songs, but the heavy songs helped balance it out =D)[/b]

2011 Total
11/28
14/28 (including Everclear)
04/28

Kind of bummed that everything wasn't released, at least it keeps 2012 interesting. Also it is good that I enjoyed 11 of the 14 releases. However, I am still bummed to have 14 of 28 (more like 11 of 28) from this list =/

I'm thinking...

Sum 41 - Screaming Bloody Murder
Rise Against - Endgame
Green Day - Awesome as Fuck
Foo Fighters - ?
Zebrahead - ?
Blink 182 - ?
I'll also have a look at the new Offspring and Simple Plan albums.

hope Green Day get an album down before the end of the year, but i think an early-2012 release would be more realistic. They're making a punk record this time, not a rock opera, but hell, it's Green Day.
fuck this signature nonsense

Rise Against - Endgame
Bayside - Killing Time
Sixx:A.M. - This Is Gonna Hurt
Foo Fighters - new album
Trust Company - Dreaming in Black and White
Angels & Airwaves - Love: Part II
Yellowcard - When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes
Blink 182 - new album
System of a Down (If they decide to record a new one during this reunion)
The Offspring - new album
Gob - new album (Doubt it'll be out before 2012 cuz 2011 is probably all booked for Sum 41 to tour and promote SBM)

That is so me. There are only a few bands I watch their progress in works on some new material that I could count on fingers of one hand.
