I wish Sum 41 would record with Bill Stevenson at the Blasting Room.

So stoked for this album, can't wait! And they're coming to Sweden in March as well! Perhaps they'll play a new song or two!

Yeah, could be awesome! But I think Bill Stevenson is really experts in straight-in-your-face punk rock like Rise Against, NOFX and No Use for a Name kinda stuff. With the direction they took on SBM, it barely sounds like something that going to be punk..

Talking about the Blasting Room.. Useless ID are entering the Blasting Room once again also in February 2011 to record their seventh album.

True but i really think he could bring out a new side from them, like UH was hopelessly overproduced and just sounded like something that was created in the studio. With Bill Stevensons records you really get the feeling there's a band performing the songs rather than a studio monster being created.

Yeah, I think it might be something to do with the fact with Bill all bands there record their records live in the studio, together (I think in the same room even), rather than every instrument apart in a different layer in a different room, sometimes not even together in the studio , and we seen it on UH (and actually here on SBM too) that Cone and Steve finished their parts fast and then for the most part of recording Deryck is there alone and it doesn't have a live band feeling.

New album is gonna be called "Endgame" (awesome album title!), and it will be mixed in January.

Confirmed songs;

at first i was like, "really, "endgame"? thats original, not" but after reading the article, it makes perfect sense to name it that.

Nut damn it's unoriginal compared to Siren Song Of The Counter-Culture, The Sufferer And The Witness and Revolutions Per Minute.

Sucky title, but can't wait for the album!
Even Turbulences sounded better! Endgame is the name of Megadeth's 2009 album, so it doesn't sound that original to me... just always makes me think of the Megadeth album with the same name.

Tim responds to spin.com article:"So, the record is not a concept record and, fret not, has absolutely nothing to do with the Dixie Chicks."
