Downloading it now! This will definitely hold me until SBM.. Rise Against is one of my top 5 favorite bands, it's up there with the Sums, so I was waiting for this album alot as well!
Anyway.. all the links I saw are 320Kbps so it's a great quality right away! It's just missing the bonus track I guess.. I guess it'll be out when the actual album is out.

I'm downloading it right now too, I'll edit my post later after I listened to it. :)
Spoiler: show
edit: Architects is awesome but we already knew that song, same for help is on the way. Make it stop is a bit boring in my opinion. Disparity by design is pretty good a bit similiar to help is on the way. Sattelite is awesome. Midnight hands I consider an okay song, a bit boring. Survivor guilt, I love the intro, the rest of the song is awesome too. Broken mirrors is awesome. Wait for me is awesome. A gentleman's coup is okay. This is letting go is pretty good. Endgame is pretty good too.

I'm only on track 4 so far, but not looking too bad. I'm a big RA fan, but I think it'll get better near the end.

EDIT: I LOVE the intro to Survivor Guilt.

EDIT 2: On a complete listen, I do like the album although it generally lacks the original and melodic nature that made Appeal to Reason such a great album. I see it as a cross between ATR and TS&TW. Although there are certain great parts, overall the tracks are nowhere near as memorable as RA's other songs, and only a few (Architects, Survivor Guilt) really stand out. Generally the tracks lack the distinguishing features (eg. the fast-paced chorus in Saviour, the ripping guitar in Entertainment, the sarcastic acoustic in Hero of War) of every single song on ATR and thus the album just seems very dreary and almost boring. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great political album, I just think it's nowhere near as creative or original as earlier works.

On listening to ATR again, it beats Endgame by a country mile. I just hope my opinions are improved when I get my hands on the HQ CD version.

i just listened to Satellite on their 5th webisode, and it sounds pretty good.

there's something i've been meaning to say though, Brandon, the drummer, seems kinda awkward when he's drumming. he's a good drummer and can play fast beats, but he just looks like he's bored. when he hits the cymbals, he doesn't hit them all that hard or with enthusiasm. maybe because he's a big guy and his drum kit(s) look too small for him. i dunno, something i've noticed...

I really like Endgame, it's a solid album for me. Several good songs on it. Personal favorites are Broken Mirrors, Endgame, Satellite and Architects. After a few listens I find it a mix between The Sufferer & the Witness and Appeal to Reason. It has the tempo and energy of TS&TW combined with the melodic parts of ATR, so overall it's a really good album for me. This will definately hold me until SBM comes out!

That sounds promising because I really enjoyed the aggressiveness and bigness behing The Sufferer & The Witness, but I also enjoyed Appeal to Reason despite it not being as loud.

So is the rest of the album better than the single(s)? I know Architects was pretty good, better than Help Is On the Way, anyway.
