MCR Vampire Money intro sounds like Skumfuk

Well, I just listened to MCR's latest album, and the closing track "Vampire Money"'s drum intro sounds exactly like the intro of Skumfuk. Can't find it on youtube so just listen to it if you downloaded this. Just wanted to share this cuz I'm bored as fuck, plus everyone compared Skumfuk to MCR so its kinda funny...

Maybe a little bit similarities, but nowhere near "exactly like".
To be honest, I don't see any Skumfuk here. This was the song which came to my mind first:

I can't have another listen to one of the songs on that album ...it would kill me...there is maybe 5 good songs and nothing more ...

it is pretty similar. it also reminds me kinda of a Jet song, i can't remember what one though.
but, MCR's song was probably written before skumfuck

That's what I was thinking. I've heard that drum beat in a few different songs.

As true as that may be, Skumfuk was release/leaked first so I don't really think it would be a rip-off.

just because a song sounds like another song doesnt mean that they have thought wow the intro to that song is awsome lets copy it
there are Thousands and Thousands of song intros, beats whatever so the chances of one song sounding simiolar to another is quite alot

I agree with the last posts. I believe it was The Ramones who used this drum beat as an intro first. And after that, thousands of punk/rock bands.

yeah i wasn't saying it'd be a rip off. neither would be a rip off i'd say as they'd been written before either had been heard.
and yeah like those other dudes said its just a drum beat. it is pretty similar though
