Steve is just hoarse from being Pain and being loud without warming up his voice before/during every show. He might also have had a cold or something.

But in all seriousness: How incompetend do you have to be to do an interview THIS bad. I mean, why bother doing a video interview if you can't hear shit and they didn't even make the effort to put subtitles over the video.
Also the questions were very unimaginative and there was no further interaction when it was obvious that they couldn't come up with a good answer.

The live footage was interesting though. That's probably similar to how I will see them in about a month, because the venue they play at is pretty small as well.
