In my German Sum 41 Board, we have arranged a Media Section with 10Gybte of Sum 41 Videos. But the Access is only permitted, when the user has at least 30 posts, which are senseful and creative. But the possible problem is that many poeple are starting to post tollaly bullshit, making double-posts just to get to the media section...but overall it works quite well for us!

That's why its easier just to let people download the stuff, and so the forum is not swarmed with pointless posts.
