Bad Books

Post by Hentaiman »

So I dunno if anyone here really listens to Manchester Orchestra (I remember actually ppl here liking their latest album) or Kevin Devine (which if you don't know him.. he's an amazing indie/folk/alternative/acoustic artist), but anyway, Kevin has collaborated many times with Andy Hull of Manchester Orchestra on and off stage and in the beggining of this year they went into the studio and wrote an album together, with 10 songs - 5 written by every one of them. They recorded the album under the band name "Bad Books" and took the other members of Manchester Orchestra to fill the instrumental parts (guitars, bass, keyboards and drums), so Bad Books is basically a band made up of Manchester Orchestra with the addition of Kevin Devine.

Their self-titled album is set to be released on October 19, 2010, through the Favorite Gentlemen label, and they already released two songs for free listening on their site and Facebook:
