i've been severely depressed for the past 4 years. why i brought this to this website of all others, idk. i have a feeling no one will take this seriously, especially because its me, but its worth a shot. i need something...someone.

but there has to be some source of your bad feelings ...I don't know how to help you ...if I am depressed,I listen to Switchfoot,Breaking Benjamin ...these two bands have some pretty cool songs about hope and about fighting through life ...when I listen to them,I feel that everything's alright...

you know...we all sometimes feel bad ...sometimes we believe it will last forever ...but it won't...you will feel better,you just have to believe it ...
