In my opinion, very. Its more mature, its still got those pop roots though. Favorite album of the summer, this year in fact.
Stand out tracks for me are:
Don't Stop Now
Fuel To The Fire
Inside Of You
Try it out.

I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but I'd recommend these albums:
No More Stories Are Told Today I'm Sorry They Washed Away // No More Stories The World Is Grey I'm Tired Let's Wash Away by Mew (The song: Repeaterbeater)
Inside In Inside Out by The Kooks (The song: Naive)
Those are some of my fav albums of all time and I haven't seen anyone here, except me, talking about those bands so maybe you haven't listened to them either? I picked the songs that I like the most from those albums, even though they both have a lot of great songs. If you happen to like those songs, you should listen to the other albums by those bands. Some of my other favourite songs by Mew are
Snow Brigade,
Beach &
156 and by The Kooks:
See The World,
Do You Wanna &
If Only

I've heard Naive before, but I never knew the name or the band, I'll definitely download that album. Mew is more my style of music, but I'm not too fond of the lead singer. Do you know of any other electronic-type bands like that?

I don't know what genres you like and what albums you don't own, but here are some masterpieces from different genres, + some information about them:
- La Dispute - Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair (Indie/post-hardcore/screamo mix. This is one of the most passionate albums EVER made.)
Damaged Goods
- At the Drive-In - Relationship of Command (Post-hardcore. One of the bests in the genre.)
One Armed Scissor
- Refused - The Shape of Punk to Came (Hardcore punk, post-hardcore. The title says everything.)
New Noise
- Converge - Jane Doe (Mathcore, metalcore. Maybe the most emotional album.)
Concubine
- The Fall of Troy - The Fall of Troy (Post-hardcore/progressive rock mix. One of the best guitarist of the decade.)
Mouths Like Sidewinder Missiles
- The Mars Volta - De-Loused in the Comatorium (Progressive rock, experimental rock. Project of two crazy ex-atdi members.)
Inertiatic ESP
- Glassjaw - Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence (Post-hardcore. One of the most influental bands of the decade. And a great singer.)
Siberian Kiss
- mewithoutYou - [A→B] Life (Indie/post-hardcore mix. They have the best lyrics ever.)
Bullet to Binary
- Thursday - Full Collapse (Emo(core), post-hardcore. A masterpiece of the genre.)
I Am the Killer
I hope you'll like some of them.
