Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

Post by Boni »

I am so excited for this game and can't wait for it to come out. The new features looks pretty kick ass, loving how the horse is an important aspect of it now. The first video it the E3 trailer and the second is a commented walk-through

I can't wait for this game!

Assassins Creed 2 was easily one of my favourite games this year. I enjoyed the original but I didn't think they could improve it as much as they did, crazy. I hope they don't mess up the horses because they were a bit annoying when travelling around outside cities.

How bad ass was that throwing axe kill in the second video? Haha. I'm also pretty excited for exploring Rome.

I know what you mean, I just finished it last night after I got it cheap from Game. The end was weird but so was the first ending so I guess I should have expected that.

Because it's just a DLC.

Anyway, AC 2 was a pretty good game, so I wait for this one.

It isn't DLC, the entire game engine is different. It's a direct squeal not an expansion.

Really?!? I thought it was the same game engine :o I really liked the gameplay for AC2 so I hope it hasn't changed too much!

Also I guess I assumed it was an expansion because they didn't call it Assassin's Creed 3.

It wasn't called AC3 because they want AC3 to have a new setting and new character. Also, check the 2nd video I posted to see the new gameplay features.

Fair enough. I watched it before it looks good, the fighting and climbing has always been fine but I just hope they keep the whole economy idea and the repairing of your city idea somehow. I really like that.

Holy shit! A whole (not entirely "new") Assassin's Creed! I loved 2, I almost finished that game 100% and I hardly ever do that with any of my games. The original was great too, though I never finished it and when I went back to play it after completing the sequel, I just couldn't do it. It was just too repetitive!

The cinematic scenes do look slightly different than AC2. Anyway, that E3 sent chills down my spine the same way the trailer for AC2 did when Ezio shot that guy.

AC2 had too much of an epic cliffhanger to not be continued.
