I've heard this song as it got out but i couldn't understand the lyrics...now as I am better in British language I got back to listening to this song and I wonder if this story is real ...a crazy fan who fell in love with Eminem and than killed himself with his gf and baby because Eminem didn't write him back ...this really happened or is it just Eminem's awesome imagination ?

I'm sure it was an imagination type thing... it was fucked up, and I don't think Eminem would read notes that "Stan" wrote out loud if it was real.

if did this happen, I doubt Eminem would write a song about it, and then go on to release it as a single. so no, I doubt this happened. great song though, might stick this album on today, it's been a while!
