+1

They said they didn't even have a name for it yet... Maybe they're just bullshitting us.

I think they might just be bullshitting us with the album name and not having one. I remember in a Studio Update from a while back that Deryck said he already had ideas for an album name.

I'm pretty positive it'll be Screaming Bloody Murder.

but with all this bullshiting us they could do the same thing about the 12 minutes long song :P

Well, I trust Deryck more, and he said it's going to be out in October.
Since that's way more realistic than August.

If the Warped Tour Sampler song, aka Scumfuck, came earlier than expected, then can we expect the 12-minute song to arrive earlier as well?

Maybe there isn't even an album. Just 'Scumfuck'. :holyshit:

What relation has this site got to Sum 41 anyway? Have they got connections in there or something? I've noticed that they've basically just taken their tweets in the past and turned them into red top-like articles.

ChartAttack is the online magazine that was born from the biggest music magazine in Canada that Sum 41 was very closely connected with. They were their artist of the year and published a magazine through them.

Exactly. To me it sounds like they've grabbed the title and the date out of some other random source.
The title could be legit, since it's all over the place, but I highly doubt the date being in August, since the band itself (Deryck the control-freak included) says it's going to be out in October.

It means you're a phoney!

EDIT: I thought he was talking about TNS. N/m.

It means that they quote Sum 41's tweets and publish tabloid-like articles out of them like so;

I'm not saying anything negative about them, I was just curious as to the connection that made them so trustworthy.

I really wanna believe the release date is August 31st, but it doesn't seem too realistic.

idk how much i like the name Screaming Bloody Murder. i guess it's cuz it doesn't really sound like a Sum 41 album name. sounds kinda emoish heh. but, it's Sum 41...they can do whatever the fuck they want.

every entertainment news website/magazine does that for every major artist.

I vaguely remember that actually - trying to find it online now but I don't have the patience for Google. Was that magazine the one with the green backdrop on the cover or the one that could be ordered online until the page just dissapeared on time?
