this is a thread to post random opinions and thoughts about anything Sum 41 related. feel free to say anything I guess.
Tyler pitched the idea, but didn't make a thread. so I did.

Dave needs to come back, and Sum 41 needs to make a new album that has to be twice as good to make up for UH!

anyway...i'd have to say fat lip or in too deep are still my favourite songs. our band plays fat lip and it's awesome :P

Deryck is just as pretentious as ever.
Steve is losing hair and just as funny as he has ever been.
Cone is a solid bass player and (probably) a solid dude.
I some can't wait for the album - loved them all so far and this one promises something for everyone with the whole eclectic rock and roll theme going on!

I really have no idea how entertaining Sum 41 could be without Stevo. I'm also looking forward to the eclectic rock!

For some reason I found this to be extremely funny trying to imagine Deryck, unable to speak because he couldn't stop from saying "fuck" all the time.

it's just, i listened to some interviews from the past.. He talked all the time, and made fun of shit. Now he's quiet, and just isn't funny unless he's doing some crazy stunt.
Cone needs to speak up too. In-fact, Sum 41 would be nothing without Steve.

Yeah, Deryck seems a lot more shy nowadays. Especially when he was with Avril. Cone's always been a quiet guy, but when he does speak up, he's hilarious. I laughed so much in that one Road to Ruin intro where Cone gets to introduce the show and he does it so awkwardly and even though it was on purpose, it just seemed so much like something he would do.

At about 1:35, Cone's bass strap falls off. Just caught that out of the corner of my eye.

Random Q: Anyone know the name of the hair wax Deryck uses? Also do you think it would be easily available in Vegas? =p
Also, haven't been around but any updates on the new album? I see they're on Warped Tour, but does that mean the album is at hold?
