Haha, you can tell I'm really good at following the bands I like! I'm actually not that good with knowing what Sum 41 is up to these days. I know they're touring, but I never know their schedule, haha. Well, this is good, I've got a lot to look forward to before the end of the world!

Haha the song is actually called "Boxing Day", the guy that was at Travis' shop misheard it in the video he recorded

The verses remind me sooo much of "all star" by smash mouth.

edit: just listen to the few seconds of this and the first verse of the new song.

not identical but very close in parts. still a pretty good song. sounds like blink

Sounds good, better than the songs on Neighborhoods in my opinion. Doesn't sound much like a "folk" song at all to me though, with maybe exception to the first few seconds. The verse melodies do sound like Smash Mouth, but I still enjoyed the song.

Can't say I'm a fan to be honest. Hopefully it's the weakest song on the EP.

EDIT - You can listen to 90 second previews of the new EP on iTunes. Well, you can on the UK store anyway.

Apparently Travis said the "folk" song turned more into just an acoustic song with a beat or something lol. I haven't listened so I don't know, gonna wait to listen for the whole EP cos I missed the premiere and that made me mad

Only through the first two previews, but so far it sounds so much better than Neighborhoods. Kind of like where they should've been after their self-titled album.

Still haven't listened, under 4 days now!!!

According to some reviews that are starting to pop up, Yelawolf raps on the EP verson of Pretty Little Girl! I for one am pretty excited for that. A lot of fans are just turning on the "auto-hate" haha

Slight chance I guess, a lot of reviewers have it now but their job is kinda on the line if they get caught leaking it haha...normally someone gets it way early in the post and leaks it but that won't happen with no CD copies
