Are Any of These Good?

I really wanted to make an avatar out of that magazine cover that Deryck was on. But it didn't really turn out like I expected it. I made three different kinds:
Ironically, I feel that the last one looks the best (even though it's just a cropped pic with overlay). What do you guys think?

Deryck was on a magazine cover? And i dunno, the 2nd one looks kinda cool. Actually, i like them all.
