I was wondering what kind of content is on this DVD and if it's worth getting. Are there things on this DVD that are exclusive? Or is some of it recycled from Introduction to Destruction and Sake Bombs and Happy Endings?

The reason I'm asking is I ordered this from eBay along with Does This Look Infected, but I didn't get the DVD with it. I'm not sure if it's being sent separately or if I got ripped off (Not really as the cost was $7CAN, but that was supposed to be with the DVD as well).

You haven't watched that yet? There is quite a long Pain For Pleasure documentary skit and a lot of the funny early tour action (for example the MTV Campus Invasion or my signature, which is Deryck at McDonalds). Actually my favorite Sum 41-being-stupid compilation after Road To Ruin.

You are aware that the DVD usually comes in the back of the CD case and not separately, right?

Well, the last time I watched it I was probably 14 or 15 years old when my brother borrowed the DVD from a friend. I can't even remember if I watched the whole thing, I just remember those video reels of Sum 41 doing stupid stuff.

I'm just wondering if there's anything exclusive to that DVD that would be good to put on the tribute video I'm making.

Yeah it's probably my favorite DVD. Pain for Pleasure stuff rocks! It has lot of good tribute video stuff in my opinion.

I remember watching the Pain for Pleasure bit on YouTube, that was great, cereal with Jack Daniels. Though I feel sick to my stomach thinking of actually doing it, haha.

Anyway, I messaged the seller and he said he sent me the wrong order, so the DVD should be getting sent to me soon.

There are no full performances (only short clips of shows), but tons of hilarious shit. I still have a 700MB rip of it from 2003 on my computer. I downloaded it from somewhere before I even had the record and I can still watch it over and over again. The wanna-be-punk girl who keeps on shouting about how much they suck and are not punk is my highlight. Her reaction when she realizes she is actually talking to the lead singer is priceless.

it's great! but I think 5 of those short films are from I2D, only one short film (the one where deryck throws the hotdog) and then the pain for pleasure stuff is on this dvd only......right?

I'm guessing this is the same DVD that I have but it's not called the same. I think my version is called "Introduction To Destruction"

It is not the same, although there are some clips that have been on Introduction To Destruction. You even see them watching the really old stuff on their tour bus TV and talking about it.

It's what got me into them. DTLI was the first album i bought, i got that dvd with it. I never felt soo, punk?

I loved this dvd, and could watch it 1000 times. But a friend broke it. So i haven't watched it in full in a long time. Besides, this was before Deryck got all, ya know.

Is that the DVD with the Pizza hut stuff? When they use water guns and "rob" the pizza-hut ;P I love that shit ^^ Then the women who sings in the car, after the went to the pizza-hut, thats just freaking epic.

To bad I don't have it tho, have to try to get it somehow, anyone know a site in Europe that has it so I can buy it?

It's pretty much the same as Introduction to Destruction so if you have ITD, you don't really need this DVD.

But I want the hole Sum 41 collection ;)
