I Need Some Sad, Self-Loathing, Acoustic Songs

Post by Jeremy Kill »

I'm not sad at the moment, but just I realized that I don't have a mix where I just have sad songs that make me think instead of rock out. So far my playlist consists of

Boulevard of Broken Dreams - Green Day
Letters to God - Box Car Racer
Baby Come On (Acoustic) - +44
Going Away to College (Acoustic) - Feeling Left Out (Blink-182 Cover)
Pieces - Sum 41
Hero of War - Rise Against
You Know You're Right - Nirvana
Banshee Song - Gob
100 Suns - 30 Seconds to Mars
Isabel - Frank Turner
Kill the Messenger - Jack's Mannequin
Swing Life Away - Rise Against

Now the songs don't need to be all acoustic, but it would be best if they had parts in the song that are. Just as long as they're sad sounding or something.

That's a great song! The acoustic version of Face Down is okay too.

It's only sad for Deryck. Not for me; it's a happy song. Full of wonder and possibilities.
